General
Quaduro Systems is not responsible for typographical errors and we  reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the Quaduro Systems invoice concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.

 

Quaduro Systems reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.

 

Quaduro Systems may make changes to any products or services offered, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided by Quaduro Systems sales staff with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Quaduro Systems makes no commitment to update the information provided by Quaduro Systems sales with respect to such products and services.

 

Payment Methods

Alexander Ward Ltd allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. You even can combine more than one payment method for a single purchase. Please read our policies carefully, especially with respect to payment methods, before you place your order. 

 

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards
Quaduro Systems is a brand of Alexander Ward Ltd and all credit/debit card payments taken will appear as Alexander Ward Ltd on your statement. When placing your order at Quaduro Systems, you may pay by international credit or debit, When you provide Quaduro Systems with your card information your billing and shipping address must match for your first order. Payment must be made by the card holder. Quaduro Systems Accepts VISA, Mastercard, visa debit.

 

Alexander Ward requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard).

 

You may only use your credit/Debit card If your transaction is £1999 or below, If the transaction amount exceeds this level you may be refused to make payment with this method. Manager’s discretion may be applied however a small processing fee of 2.5% will be charged on transactions over 1999 GBP.

 

Wire Transfer
Quaduro Systems accepts bank wire transfers as a valid form of payment and this is the preferred method of payment by most business customers. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please follow the instructions on the invoice issued by your Quaduro Systems Account Manager.

 

Value Added Tax
IF you are a customer based in the UK, VAT will be added to your order amount. Please check your invoice for a breakdown of the values. If you are purchasing from “other EU country” you will not be charged VAT however your valid VAT number will be required before shipping. All International Clients may purchase the product VAT free as long as the item is shipped (exported) directly by Alexander Ward to the respective country.

Shipping Options
Signature is required for all deliveries: Most of Quaduro System shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, Please let your Sales Account manager know so alternative shipping date can be arranged. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature.

 

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to Quaduro Systems as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Quaduro Systems, please contact Quaduro Systems to make arrangements for reshipment. Any additional fee may apply.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of Quaduro Systems carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to Quaduro Systems.

 

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and system build processing time and does not include transit time. Quaduro Systems does not begin payment processing until Quaduro Systems receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card or lease orders.

 

Quaduro Systems will begin build of your Quaduro System product within 24 hours of your confirmed order/payment. Reasonable Built times can be from 3 days to up to 12 weeks depending on size of your project and type of components used. An indication of your lead times will be provided by your Quaduro Systems sales agent however please note this is only and indication and actual lead times may vary. In most cases for orders of 10 units or less products are often shipped within 20 working days.  Please review the Refund policy section below for more information regarding order processing and product availability times as, if your order is being custom built a refund will not be possible after 24 hours of placing your order. Alexander Ward may refund upon request only if delivery of your order irrespective of size is not met within the maximum time frame of 28 weeks, this excludes period of 22nd December – 5rd January. Cancellations of open orders may not take place under any other circumstance.  

 

Sales and Refund Policy
Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchase of Quaduro Systems products by Alexander Ward Ltd. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Quaduro's product warranties. Your placement of a QuadPad order constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

 

Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products if the product is customized or assembled for you i.e. made to order. Customised system orders may not be cancelled after purchase.

 

Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Quaduro  purchase of a product, please visit online Quaduro Support or call +44 (0) 20 8988 9908 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

 

For non Quaduro Systems products such as power banks, keyboards, accessories and “Third Party” products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. Personalized QuadPads and Quaduro Systems products assembled to order or custom built in any way may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Quaduro Systems will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Alexander Ward Ltd within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. Quaduro Systems will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory. If you purchased your order using a Business Lease, Alexander Ward may ask you to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) so  it can assess the 10% restocking fee.

Please note that Quaduro Systems does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  1. Customised or Built to order QuadPad products, such as QuadPad 3G, QuadPad 3G Plus and QuadPad V12 devices.
  2. Opened memory
  3. Opened software (Operating systems)
  4. Electronic Software Downloads such as paid for software upgrades

 

*You may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.

 

Note: Quaduro Systems recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Quaduro Systems or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

 

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box
A Quaduro Systems hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call Quaduro Systems Technical Support at +44 (0) 20 8 9889908 within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

 

All DOA problems will be resolved for free under the 2 year collect and return warranty scheme offered free of charge on all Quaduro  Products and accessories (excluding third party accessories such as powerbanks, printers and barcode scanners)

 

  1. Replacement: Quaduro Systems, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Quaduro Systems Technical Support Representative will arrange for replacement and the DOA product’s return.
  1. Service: You may have the product repaired. However, once you choose that option, you may not request replacement of the product.
