If a product has been delivered and has developed a fault within 14 days of reciept or is a DOA; the product with be replaced with a new device. When returning a unit, please ensure:
Failure to have a RMA number and noting the RMA number of the consignment will delay the RMA process. If the item has been in use for over 14 days and has developed a hardware fault please: Contact Quaduro System support via telephone first. If the product has a hardware fault and needs servicing, please use the RMA form below. In most cases the item will be repaired and returned within 72 hours. Please do not send faulty product to the Support centre unless an RMA number has been issued.
