Boost Juice Bars uses QuadPad Tablet PC to take orders.

With a busy Christmas and new year season at all malls and shopping centres, Boost Juice in the UK had to ensure their thirsty customers didn’t wait around much to order their smoothes and continue with their shopping. With limited till space at their bars their UK brand has implemented the QuadPad 3G Slate tablet PC at the juice bar for mobile order taking, processing more orders and reducing queuing times, making their efficient ordering juice preparing process even more innovative.

The QuadPad 3G Slate is one of the very few light-weight Windows XP Tablet PC solutions in the commercial market today. A Platform compatible with their POS systems, the team trialled their first Tablet PC at their first UK branch at the busy Trafford Centre in Manchester UK. By using the QuadPad 3G tablet PC, the bar was able to increase its order taking capacity by order 20% with an addition another till system. As a result the bar can sell more drinks and increase revenue.

The QuadPad 3G Slate is a light weight tablet PC, thin in form factor and easy to handle even for long periods. Essentially the Tablet PC is needed only during sudden spikes in customers coming to the car; usual for busy holiday periods.
